- Multi-Layer Packing: A bike cannot be put in a box. Our crew uses a specific wrapping technique: first, a layer of scratch-resistant bubble wrap, followed by heavy corrugated cardboard sheets, and secured tightly with stretch film. We pay special attention to vulnerable areas like the headlights, mirrors, indicators, and paintwork.
- Safe Loading: We use proper loading ramps to guide the bike onto the transport vehicle safely, avoiding the dangerous practice of manually lifting the bike from the ground, which can damage the chassis.
- Secure Fastening: Once inside the carrier, the bike is secured upright using heavy-duty strapping tied to the truck's anchor points. We secure the wheels and frame, ensuring the bike does not lean or shift during transit.
- GPS-Tracked Transport: Your bike travels in an enclosed transport vehicle. You receive a tracking ID to monitor its journey live.

You provide the make and model of the bike and the route. We provide a firm quote. To comply with transport laws, you must provide copies of the RC (Registration Certificate), active insurance, PUC, and your ID.
Pre-Transport Inspection
On pickup day, our executive inspects the bike with you, documenting its current condition, existing scratches, and fuel level on a sign-off sheet.
Preparation and Packing
We ask you to empty the fuel tank. Our crew then executes the multi-layer packing process, entirely wrapping the bike.
Loading and Transit
The bike is loaded securely into the truck and strapped down. The vehicle departs, and you are given a tracking link.
Delivery and Handover
At the destination, the bike is carefully unloaded and unwrapped. You inspect it against the original condition report before signing the delivery receipt.
What's Included vs. Excluded

- Personal Belongings: You cannot pack helmets, riding gear, backpacks, or other personal items in the storage compartments or tied to the seat. The bike must be completely empty.
- Fuel Filling: For fire safety reasons, the fuel tank must be emptied before packing. We do not provide fuel upon delivery, so you must arrange to have a small amount of fuel ready at the destination to ride it to the nearest petrol pump.
- Mechanical Servicing: We deliver the bike in the condition it was handed to us. We do not offer battery charging, tyre inflation, or mechanical servicing upon delivery.

The cost of shipping a motorcycle or scooter is straightforward and based on the following factors:
- Bike CC and Size: A lightweight 110cc scooter takes up less space and requires less packing material and labour than a heavy 500cc cruiser or superbike. The size and weight of the vehicle directly impact the price.
- Distance: The total kilometres between the origin and destination, including toll taxes.
- Transport Mode: Bikes can be transported in shared enclosed trucks (most common) or dedicated carriers.
- Standalone vs. Bundled: If you are shipping a bike as a standalone item, the rate is different than if it is bundled into a larger Household Shifting package occupying the same truck.

Do I need to empty the fuel tank before transport?
Yes. For safety reasons and to comply with commercial transport regulations regarding flammable liquids, the fuel tank must be completely emptied before we can pack and load the bike.
Will my bike be packed before loading?
Absolutely. We do not transport bare bikes. Your two-wheeler will be thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard, and stretch film before it is loaded onto the truck.
How long does it take to deliver a bike interstate?
Transit times depend on the distance. For major intercity routes, delivery generally takes 5 to 7 days. Your specific quote will include an estimated delivery window based on your exact route.
Do I need to remove the mirrors or accessories?
We recommend removing the rearview mirrors and any aftermarket protruding accessories (like loose saddlebags) if possible, as these are the most vulnerable parts during transit. If they cannot be removed, our crew will pad them heavily, but removing them is the safest option.
What documents are required to ship my bike?
You will need to provide a clear photocopy of the vehicle's Registration Certificate (RC), a valid insurance policy, a valid PUC certificate, and a copy of your government-issued ID (such as an Aadhar or PAN card).
