- Fuel Filling: We require the fuel tank to be at a minimum level (around a quarter tank) just enough for loading and unloading. We do not provide fuel at the destination.
- Cleaning Services: The car is delivered in the condition it was transported. We do not offer car washing or detailing upon delivery.

- Condition of the Vehicle: If a car is non-operational and cannot be driven onto the carrier, it requires specialised winching equipment, which adds to the cost. We offer specialised winching services for non-operational vehicles upon request.

How long does it take to transport a car interstate?
Transit times depend entirely on the distance and the specific route. Major metro-to-metro routes take significantly less time than deliveries to remote areas. Your quote will include a clear, estimated delivery window. Deliveries on major intercity routes generally take 5 to 7 days.
Can I put personal belongings inside the car?
No. Transport laws strictly prohibit moving household or personal goods inside a vehicle on a commercial carrier. Furthermore, any items left inside are not covered by insurance. The vehicle must be completely empty, save for the spare tyre and standard jack.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
You, or an authorised representative, must be present at both ends to hand over the keys, sign the condition report, and accept the final delivery.
