Where to find your tracking ID
Your tracking ID starts with PMV followed by numbers (e.g. PMV12345678). It’s sent to your phone by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Booked

Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?
Updates come at key stages — pickup, major hubs, out for delivery. If nothing has changed in over 48 hours, call us on 7005317447 and we’ll check.
What does ‘In transit’ mean?
Your goods have been picked up and are on their way. Depending on the route, intercity moves typically take 1–7 days.
My tracking ID isn’t working — what should I do?
Recheck the ID for typos (it begins with PMV). If it still doesn’t work, call or email us and we’ll look it up for you.
I just submitted an estimate request — where’s my tracking ID?
Tracking IDs are assigned only after a booking is confirmed — an estimate request doesn’t generate one yet. Once you book, it arrives by SMS and WhatsApp.
