Yes. While we may not need to box a sofa in heavy corrugated sheets for a 5-kilometre drive, we absolutely use protective blankets, shrink wrap, and proper materials for all fragile items. All necessary packing materials are included in your quote.
Do I need to arrange permission from my building society?
Yes. Most apartment complexes and gated communities require prior notice and a gate pass for moving trucks. You must arrange these permissions with your building management for both the pickup and drop-off locations before the move date.
Can I travel in the moving truck to the new house?
No. For safety and insurance reasons, customers are not permitted to travel in the cabin or cargo area of our commercial moving vehicles. You will need to arrange your own transport to the destination.
